Elaine is passionately committed to transforming managers and business owners into authentic and powerful leaders by up-levelling their communication and emotional intelligence mojo and skills to build high-trust teams, partnerships and client relations.  She also supports organisations to enhance their performance and innovation by developing a clear strategic vision and a collaborative culture that respects and integrates gender equality.

As a former environmental scientist and university lecturer, she brings scientific understanding into her programs, while also integrating ancient wisdom approaches, such as mindfulness, that bring balance and resilience to our modern work environment. 

Elaine is certified in the Cultural Transformation Tools approach to organisational leadership and change (Barrett Values Centre) and trained in Nonviolent Communication as a tool for creating empowering interpersonal relationships. Elaine also has experience in strategic planning and implementation while serving on boards, ranging from regional to national organisations.
